Do you have a job JJ? If so, have you been saving for school? Do you or your mom have a credit card (not that racking up CC debt is the best idea).

You could do what alot of kids do, work yourself through school. Get a job at a restaraunt as a waiter, and pay that way.

Just an idea.

I have a job, I just don't have $2300 right now, and we need it up front. My CC only has a $500 limit and my mom won't use hers.

I was thinking about it, but it would be Bamboozle Left, here in Irvine.

They had some good bands here last year so ill probably go if the set is decent.

However, I saw that in NJ, No Doubt will be playing there, and that is pretty sick that they reunited and are gonna play a show.

Makes me kinda wanna fly to NJ for that

Yeah, they played a show about 3 weeks ago here in KC. I didn't know about it until after the fact though.

Can't wait until they start playing shows again.

I highly doubt that the state would prosecute you if you could "win quite easily."

It sounded to me like, unless they violated your fourth amendment, they have you dead to rights.

By win, I meant...

1. Dismiss the case entirely (due to the fact that it's possible for someone connected to the case to see this, I won't explain how...if what I think will happen, happens, I will let you know).

2. Get an ACOD, meaning all I have to do is not get in trouble for six months to a year, and it will be like nothing ever happened.

3. Jury Nullification. The courts don't expect me to understand this concept.

I can only imagine the look on the judges face when you own him in the court. In the distance, the crack in the Liberty Bell will glow. Then it will begin humming. The humming will grow louder and louder until the bell shatters into a million pieces. This will be the final sound of liberty and democracy. America will come crashing down soon after.


Well all go back to little feudal farms where we will grow weed and toke all day. It will be a glorious utopia.

If you're planning on jury nullification to get you off, you might as well plan on your post conviction life. Hell, if you're planning on going to trial over a possession charge be ready to be convicted.

Seriously, get your free legal council and plead out to drug court.

Just see what plea options there are. Connecticut you can do some community service and take some drug classes, and have it off your record within a year.
