Brandon, big ups to you, and you too hoosier.

I can only do cardio right now 2 no more than 3 times a week so i hope that's enough. I'd have to wait until i can at least get an eliptical bike.

I don't think ill mess with anymore fatburners but i will occassionally use some redline before i workout.

I start today officially so im having 2 egg whites a cup of water cup of coffee and a banana for breakfast.

btw, i also plan on buying some protein powder for breakfast shakes and meal replacements

      KD:

I worked with a trainer earlier this year and asked him about protein shakes. He was very honest with me. He said that the stuff they sell doesn't taste very good and it's too expensive.

He said he buys EAS 100% Whey Chocolate Protein. It's 3 grams of carbs and 120 calories for one scoop. He suggest putting fruit in like strawberries, banana's , blueberries, etc.....

If you belong to Sam's Club and have one by you, for a 6lb bag, the price was around $27.00.

      I love the stuff.

I used to get a bucket of vanilla from Costco but i used milk.

Im guessing i could throw some non fat milk in that and use it?

I can get it pretty cheap, so I think i'll use your suggestion.

I use a 1/2 cup of 1% milk and about a half cup of fat free to 2% plain yogurt. Fage yogurt is pretty smooth and can be found in California at many different places. Only can find Fage in specialty stores in Wisconsin.

The fitness guys can correct me if I'm wrong here, but I've found Sugar Free Jell-O to be a tremendous snack.

              It's a great snack, I think.

Yesterday, I had a banana strawberry one.

w/o the yogurt, it was 385 calories. I didn't have the yogurt, either.

Usually, I just have one fruit in the smoothy, but our banana's were going soft.

So, if I sub out the banana for the yogurt, it would probably be the same swap calorie wise.

                This is from yesterdays food.

Look at the strawberries, banana, EAS and milk.

If you want to leave the yogurt out, that will bring the calorie total to close to 285 calories. That Fage Yogurt has a lot of protein in it.

Wow, under 1200 calories is suppose to be starvation mode.

Weight loss should take very quickly eating between 1500 calories to 1800 calories.

Gradual weight loss will occur from 1800 to 2000 calories.

You should prescribe to the plan of three meals per day and snacks that add up to close to 300 calories.

Also, you should drink 8 glasses of water per day.

Yeah that struck me because that's already alot of food.

I didnt even include the fact that ill be running the sand dunes today.

I think ill add more food to that for the day like a tuna sandwich on whole wheat with some strawberries and some yougurt.

If I want to lose weight what about diet sodas, they don't have any calories.

The Diet Coke will add essentially no calories to your total intake for the day.
