that was where the Giant Bean is located and where the fountain thats in the intro of the old sitcom "Married With Children" is as well. I am not sure the name of the road.

Yep, you were on Lakeshore where you go past the fountain and can go underneath to the other side where the aquarium and museum are. We also went on the architectural cruise up the river. That was really cool. I love Chicago! Especially a good Chicago Hot Dog!

oh man, the hot dogs were amazing at Wrigley Field. I must've ate 9 or 10. I didn't get visit too much of Chicago as we were there for the game and got off to a late start that day. We were also staying at a friends house about 20 minutes outside of Chicago.

Manhattan, Kansas ( Worked for Wells Fargo )
Indianapolis, In ( Managed a Mortgage company)
Baton Rouge, La ( Managed same Mortgage Corp )
St Louis, Mo ( Same Mrtg Comp )
Cleveland, Ohio ( Wife's job for nestle brought us here )

We have no children yet, but soon

Grew up in South Bend, Indiana and lived there for 25 years. Lucky enough to get a baseball scholarship and play at a juco in Michigan, then transfered to Bowling Green to play, which I then blew my arm out as a pitcher.

Die hard Cubs, Bears, Bulls ,Blackhawks and Irish fan. I spent my life growing up playing baseball and going to Wrigley about 150 plus times. I think my Wife is thinking of transferring to Chicago in March with Nestle.....so that makes me VERY HAPPY!!!!!!!!

I have been here for 4 years, and what has kept me here are the guys that are here at this site and what Steve has put together. I have met just some awesome friends here........

Oh, and I hate the Brewers, Cardinals, Packers, Red Wings, Michigan and USC with a passion

The Brewers and USC top that list though.

I can't imagine moving from one place to another that many times. I'd go crazy.

You get used to it CB, but we are ready to settle down now. We have met some great people and friends with all those moves, and I guess that makes it worth it. when the company ask if you will move and help at another location, you really don't have a choice....I guess.

If it helps, I did live in St. Louis for almost 3 years and found a way to go to about 10 Cubs/Cards games at Busch....and remained civil and had fun.

You get used to it CB, but we are ready to settle down now. We have met some great people and friends with all those moves, and I guess that makes it worth it. when the company ask if you will move and help at another location, you really don't have a choice....I guess.

If it helps, I did live in St. Louis for almost 3 years and found a way to go to about 10 Cubs/Cards games at Busch....and remained civil and had fun.

I would imagine that moving that much has allowed you several great life expierences as well as meeting some wonderful and interesting people. And you're right, the job ask you to go, you don't really have a choice.

And I guess it helps that you remained civil during Card/Cub games at Busch. St.Louis is a great baseball town and Chicago(Wrigley) is the most beautiful setting for a ballpark that I've seen thus far.

The bolded areas are where we have issues I hate Notre Dame. The cubs are okay. I hate Michigan and the Cards too.

I knew this was coming But as a brewers fan I have to hate the cards. I only like the cubs because of Wrigley, Zambrano, Dempster, Lee, and for Greg Maddux in the past. Louisville Cardinals are good though. STL not so much.

I was an Air Force brat. I know your pain about moving often. I went to 5th grade in 3 states. Here in Huber Heights, the Rantoul,IL (Chanute) and finished in Hampton, VA. (LangleyAFB). The cool thing is you get to experience the world and country from so many different ways. It broadens a person's horizons. Brian

Yeah Brian, it has it's drawbacks, as I am sure you know. The cool part, like you mentioned, is seeing so many different parts of the country and different types of people and lifestyles.


And you get to see things like, oh I don't know, hurricane's named Katrina and Rita.....I am ok with never seeing another hurricane, two were enough.
