Thanks. I just find it funny how even though it seems we are so different and seem so far apart, we really aren't. That's why I made this thread. This place isn't just some collection of bits and bytes, what makes this place is the people. I just wanted to get to know some more of them! We are a Community! BrianNote to Tiburon Marketing:

I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: Getting to know you.....
My wife and I went to SF a few years ago. We went to Muir Woods and saw the Redwoods. We actually stayed in Oakland down near the waterfront. There is an awesome little hole in the wall connected to our hotel called the Buttercup Cafe. We kept looking for places to eat, but ended up there. We did go up to the Jelly Belly factory and took the tour, and bought too many Buttered Popcorn JB's. But I love San Fran. So did Deb and Joel, though he didn't know it. He was still in Deb's belly! Did I mention Giradelli chocolate.....Note to Tiburon Marketing:

Re: Getting to know you.....
Great idea for a thread Brian. My name is Jon and I've been a member for 5 and a half years now. I've been married for 7 years to my lovely wife, and have 2 beautiful kids. I love sports, mainly highschool football, college football, and ofcourse the NFL. I love baseball as well and have watched my Braves since the middle 80's. I've witnessed the downs, the ups, and now the downs again it seems.
I've had a passion for videogames since I was old enough to grip a controller. Got hooked on the Atari back in the day, and haven't put a controller down since. I own all 3 next gen consoles, although I'm biased towards the 360, followed by the PS3. I like the Wii, but my kids absolutely love it. So it works out pretty well. Big fan of sports games, shooters, racers, you name it. Even got hooked on WoW for about 6 months before I had to quit cold turkey. Kudos to the guys who can play it, and not get addicted.
On with the pictures, as you can see we hardly ever stay home. If it's not vacation, or an amusement park, it's sports, or local rec sports with the kiddies.
Here's me and my son Ryan.
Me and my little soccer player Alyson.
A cool pic I took last fall with my Canon S5 IS.
At their first Falcons game (Falcons win 38-14).
This is our little chihuahua named Paco. Older pic of him, not much has changed except for maybe 2 lbs or so.
Here we are at Universal Studios with the Simpson kids.
Below is a picture of a custom set of cornhole boards/bags that I made myself. Became addicted to the game earlier this year and spent a week (1-2 hours a night) on them. If you've never played the game, don't knock it til you try it.
