Re: Any recommended sleep meds?
That's why I said before you wake up.
Set the alarm an hour early, take 2, chill in bed, then at wake up time, you'll pop right up. Then you'll crash at 6:30 at night and chill until bed time.Comment

Re: Any recommended sleep meds?
I use Benadryl when I need to get to sleep, but not something I'd want to use often. It kinda leaves me a little groggy in the morning.
My doctor told me that Benadryl is fine, it's what's in Tylenol PM and not habit forming like others have said.
What I hear from other people about the prescription sleep meds are that you don't want to mess with them unless you really have to. They can have some odd side effects, and aren't the perfect/easy answer.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Re: Any recommended sleep meds?
I expected House to have a better, snobbier answer than that.

Re: Any recommended sleep meds?
Do you drink caffeine during the day? Try to stop before 5 pm if you do. That's what kept me up, even a diet coke at 6 would keep my up all night.
Prescription stuff is bad though, try some natural ways like warm milk or doing a light work out at night.Comment

I've only tried coffee once in my life. It tastes like chalk.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment
