That's why I said before you wake up.

Set the alarm an hour early, take 2, chill in bed, then at wake up time, you'll pop right up. Then you'll crash at 6:30 at night and chill until bed time.

That or just do some blow to stay awake during the day.

That wouldn't really be effective at all. If cocaine was cheaper and longer lasting, you'd be onto something, but Sudafed is cheap and powerful

Tear your ACL, have surgery done, and get a prescription for Percocet (oxycodone). You get a bit of a high and it knocks you the **** out. Not bad stuff.

                  Try melatonin. It's natural.

I use Benadryl when I need to get to sleep, but not something I'd want to use often. It kinda leaves me a little groggy in the morning.

My doctor told me that Benadryl is fine, it's what's in Tylenol PM and not habit forming like others have said.

What I hear from other people about the prescription sleep meds are that you don't want to mess with them unless you really have to. They can have some odd side effects, and aren't the perfect/easy answer.

I expected House to have a better, snobbier answer than that.

                          Jagerbombs.

A few of those will knock your *** out.

Do you drink caffeine during the day? Try to stop before 5 pm if you do. That's what kept me up, even a diet coke at 6 would keep my up all night.

Prescription stuff is bad though, try some natural ways like warm milk or doing a light work out at night.

I've only tried coffee once in my life. It tastes like chalk.
