I recently relocated to Southern CA, but I'm originally from the Twin Cities, MN.

I'm back home to visit right now and the temp is -5. Wind chill -30.

Temp is about to drop in the next few days down to the teens and single digits at night but so far we've been lucky.

Coincidentally, that is the 13th anniversary of the greatest snowstorm I've ever been in.

Tomorrow morning, it should be mild compared to this morning. It'll be -10 with -30 degree windchills. Heat wave!

I'm getting really sick of this cold weather. Tomorrow is supposed to feel like 0 Fahrenheit.

Least it's not as bad as where my GF is living where they may get 40 cm of snow overnight/tomorrow.

When I walked to work, it was 32 degrees. Now it's 36 and supposed to rain, but I don't see any out the office windows. But it is gray.

It didn't look like anything was going to happen in GA, but this storm has been slowing down. Earlier this week the high was around 57 on Friday. Now its down to 40 with ice possible. If it continues to slow down, could turn into a mess.

Well this sucks. They are calling for snow to start tomorrow sometime around noon or a little later and then end later in the evening as a period of freezing rain. They are only calling for about an inch of snow but it's the ice that bothers me. Another thing is that our weather people here arent the greatest at predicting winter weather and amounts of it. Highs for today and tommorrow are right around freezing. Wish it was starting later after the evening commute.
