I chew gum throughout the day.

Morning and at night w/ the listerine rinse.
And occasionaly after lunch, depending on what I eat.

Depends. Sometimes once, sometimes twice. Sometimes I floss...sometimes I use mouthwash. Really depends on how tired I am.

Same here. I brush in the morning, right before bed, and usually after I eat dinner. I use the floss and mouthwash as well.

Twice unless I plan on seeing my g/f, then its anywhere from 3-5.



When you do the whole braces bit, you get pretty OCD about your teeth.

Once a day usually, but I spend about 20 minutes brushing my teeth, then another on flossing, whiteners and mouthwash. I'd kinda OCD about dental hygiene.

In the morning and before bed. Sometimes I fall asleep on the couch and wake up at 4 am or something and just to go bed without brushing though...

Same here. If I'm going to church or somewhere nice and I just ate like spaghetti, Mexican, etc. for dinner I will brush a third time.

And on rare occasions if I'm up late and just feeling like going to bed, I will neglect the night time brush...
