I pretty much always brush twice with few exceptions. I never floss, yet I've only had one small cavity in my life thus far, so it's going fine I guess.

I brush at least twice, but it also depends on what I eat during the day.

Brush and mouthwash when I wake up and before I sleep.

If necessary, I'll throw in a third as well.
