So this past weekend I was a judge for something called Mock Trial

My chem. teacher is the mock trial 'coach' at our school. He gets really serious about it.

I'm proud to say that I was in Mock Trial four years at my high school.

I'm also ashamed to say that our coaches, lawyers and witnessed sucked enough for us to never have won a case. Then again, we often went up against a school whose students are all children of lawyers.

It's actually quite fun to be a judge(except for the 3 hours your there) especially if your the presiding judge who's making all the rulings.
Like this last weekend were regionals, and I totally screwed a team out advancing to nationals(which would be the equivalent to the sweet 16 in basketball), and it happen to be the rival school of my Alma mater.(This is the college version of mock trial)

Hopefully I get better in time for MLB 2k9. I'm going to rent it first as i'm a little low on funds then i'll buy it.

Right now I can't sleep as I slept as soon as I came home from doing some stuff. I think i'll eat a little something and watch some TV or a football game.

Today was the first time I went into the MLB 2K forum in a while, and now I know why I stay out. The only reason I go into any of the game forums is to get sliders or rosters for NCAA.

Its amazing how much of a clusterfudge game specific forums turn into the weeks elading up to release

I bought a PS3 last year for pretty much the show and to have a Blu-Ray player. I don't even care about getting The Show this year or any baseball game. I rarely watch movies either. Man that was a $600 investment with not much return so far. However I can view my 360 as getting every cent out of that machine.

So this past weekend I was a judge for something called Mock Trial, anyways as a gift for judging we received a gift that was a symbol of what the case was about.
Which was a gun(toy water gun).
I haven't had this much fun with a water gun since i was 10, at a school field trip to Springfield to visit President's Lincoln house and tomb.(we got them at the gift shop, apparently the same type used by John Wilkes Booth)

i was on the mock trial team in high school. i loved it. although i could never actually participate in a actual competition because of my grades so they made me the camera man. but i loved that too.
