Well I preordered 2k9 awhile ago (paid in full) so I'll play that for a week and see if it will hold me over for one more year. I'm supposed to find out what I get on my tax return by the end of the week so I'll have a better idea if I should purchase a PS3 or not.

I'm not, but that's pretty much only because I don't own a PS3 or 360.

Nope I have no interest in any baseball game, even after the nice trailer that I saw of The Show. But I'm also not a baseball fan so it wasn't like I cared about either of the games anyway.

That's pretty much how I feel about NBA games and Madden. I bought and love CHoops 2k8 since I'm a college hoops fanatic, but when NBA 2k and Live come out, I don't really care. Same with Madden. I'll purchase NCAA every year but Madden is just "meh" to me. Different strokes for different folks.

Espn Classic just showed the game where McGwire hit number 62, and in the interview, Joe Buck described him as showing lots of class and he thanked him for what he did.
Oh, if Joe Buck only knew, what we all know now.

That money could have went towards the PS3.

Never got what the fuss was about with Halo. After H2, the game became very stale for me, can't imagine what's the hype about Halo Wars. Hopefully my Game Stop isn't packed tonight. I doubt there's many Halo nerds here in the Valley.

Agreed. We only live once, no time to enjoy these games when we get dead. 2 more long hours.

I know, I know. If it comes to it, after the price drop which is hopefully sooner rather than later I can turn MLB 2k into 30-40 bucks through ebay, sell off a few of my other xbox games, and then use that money towards my $360 purchase of The Show and PS3.
