Nazi Germany essentially eliminated due process, and went straight to executions in some circumstances.

1. I believe both of the angles have audio

2. "just based on one video" is all you need. If I saw anyone execute someone who was on the ground, I'd only need that one video

3. It wasn't that blurry. It's not like there doubt that the person in question stood up, drew his weapon, and busted a cap in the back of a person on the ground.

Not really. If he was that quick to pull his taser, I'm sure he's employed it many times before. It becomes an accident in which he should be eliminated from the gene pool for stupidity.

Your the one who said not to judge something before all facts come out and now your calling the death accidental before anyone can prove that it was.

As I thought in the first place. You just don't shoot a guy in the back when a weapon didn't need to be drawn at all and supposedly not know that you pulled a gun unless you mean to do it or your actually that stupid.

To me the shock thing from him still makes me think something else happen. But if he is a bad cop he will get his!

show me where i said i'm 100% sure of anything, let alone saying the death was accidental for sure. I'm giving my opinion and at the same time in practically EVERY post saying that more information of the case needs to come out before any final judgment can be made.
