Why not just make it legal like alcohol? Make it illegal to drive under the influence, make it illegal to drink in public (minus designated areas), etc.

I definitely believe people can drive better stoned than drunk, but please dont be one of those people who say "Man, I can actually drive better high than when I'm sober". I would always cringe when someone would say that because they lose all credibility.

I would definitely never say I'm better high than sober, but I certainly pay a lot more attention when I'm high. For obvious reasons (as in: I need to.

I'm not arguing for all drugs, I'm just arguing for marijuana. And no, I think it should be treated in much the same way alcohol is. Get in a car and drive while you're high, you get your license revoked.

I'm really pretty surprised at how many people here believe it should be illegal. Really surprised.

I have to admit, alcohol has done way more damage to my life than weed has. Both are still bad though.

Smoking weed while driving is not nearly as dangerous as drinking and driving, trust me Ive done both. But I do think that Being high while driving should be a DUI. I have been on the front lines on the war on drugs, and I will tell you this, We are losing, badly. We are just throwing money away keeping Weed illegal. The police busting kids for pot takes away the time they could be doing something productive.

Tell that too my buddy who just graduated the University of Michigan or tell that too the lawyer I know who smokes or tell that too another one of my buddies who got a 4.0 at Michigan State and smokes everyday. Dude your statement is ridiculous. I would much rather smoke then go get hammered because:

a) I can control my actions a hell of alot better then alcohol. I dont see too many folks here who are really baked out coming on here and having crazy posts here unlike YOU who when hammered go crazy on here or all my friends who get hammered and fight with people.
b.) I get no hangover from it and dont feel like **** the next day.
c.)It helps me with my depression/anxiety a hell of alot better then alcohol does.

If I were you I would smoke weed again so I could Kick Alcohol out of my Life. Then quit Weed, but you will probably be so great full you will not want to.
