One of the bars here that brews their own made a coffee mint stout. I haven't seen that before. It tasted like a Thin Mint dipped in coffee - delicious.

We have a local brewery here that has a mint stout, but it was limited release on taps only. Sadly I work second shift which made it hard to get to the locations they had it before it sold out

Nothing special, but all faux spring I have been drinking Blue Moon's First Peach Ale. Nothing special, but it has a cool refreshing bite to it and I've enjoyed it.

I haven't had a drop of alcohol in many months, but I still work at the bar. We've sold so much of that root beer it isn't even funny. Was just in the back room earlier looking at stock and we've went through 5 cases of it already this week.

If you're in the area....or even remotely, I would suggest attending this event if you love beer. I've been every year for the past 5 years and I look forward to it more than Christmas.

Considering the closest REAL beer place to me is across town and I've got a Walmart right beside me, I must say that I'm pleased with their selection. They continue to get in most of the newer Sam Adams offerings, such as the Rebel Rouser DIPA which is an EXCELLENT beer, especially considering it costs the same per six pack as all of their other offerings. They typically have Sierra Nevada Torpedo as well, which is my absolute go-to IPA.

But yeah, I REALLY need to get back to the actual beer place and get back to my beer bucket list. So many beers I've yet to try.

I definitely threw that into the mix a while ago. Still standing as my favorite beer out there right now. Perfect amount of flavor, perfect amount of hops, 10% so it'll knock you on your *** but doesn't taste heavy going down.
