this is a great topic. i buy so much crap it's ridiculous.
i have a perfectly good 6.1 receiver but i had to have all the latest HD codecs and 7.1 so i bought a $400 receiver a couple of weeks ago from CC. i unpacked it and it's just sitting on my wet bar at home - i haven't hooked it up or even plugged it in. why the hell did i buy it if i'm too lazy to hook it up?
i had a DS and never played it. I wanted a PSP, so i traded it in, but 6 months later i wanted a DS, so i just went and bought one. now i have a DS and a PSP that i don't play.
i have all 3 systems but i hardly ever turn on my 360. sounds like a '42 Packard when I try to play it. the damn thing gives me a headache with all the wheezing it does. why do i need 3 systems when i have so many other things to do?
i have a ton of games for all these systems that i never play and at least 5 DVDs on my shelf that aren't even OPENED.
i have 2 health club memberships, but i work out maybe twice a week. we have a membership to the local botanical gardens and we have been maybe 3 times. to top it off we have a lady that cleans our house twice a month. that costs like $180/month. of course that i don't mind as much because at least the house is clean and my wife doesn't have any excuses not to get down. :P
