Man, I loved that team. Couldn't watch the tournament again until the Final Four, which was the first time since I was in 6th grade that I missed even a second of the tourney.

One of my co-workers graduated from Mizzou, he was in rough shape after that game lol.

2006 BCS National Championship Game.

Got the Heisman Trophy winner quarterbacking the team that won the supposed 'Game of the Century' and dominated the season as wire-to-wire #1... and then they get shellacked 41-14.

Honestly, I've never watched it again. Not even the highlights.

I think Derrick Harvey just sacked Troy Smith again a few minutes ago.

As a Lions fan, I have no sympathy for your 4 straight Super Bowl appearances.

The Lions struggles haven't been terrible to me just because expectations have always been tempered. I have to think they have a chance of really doing something in order for me to get really let down. In the case of the Lions, any time they made the playoffs over the last 20 years I've just assumed they were fodder.

Getting to the Super Bowl for four consecutive years though? And losing each season? That's rough.
