The vibe around SEC night games was almost the same back then, but they also had a little bit different feel to them for some reason.

Didn't even think of this, but that was heart breaking. I was never a Senior fan, I was a Hendrick motorsports fan, always cheering against Sr., but it still was hard. I haven't been that into NASCAR since.

Sucks that we got swept, thought we could make it a series.

He's said he was retiring within a year anyways, but I guess it's a year ish less than what we could have had. Too many risky spots early in his career.

I don't think I'll ever forget the moment while watching it live and hearing JR say that Owen died. Very sad...
Eddie Guerrero dying was actually incredibly sad and tragic for me.

As for any Rangers fans commenting on Game Six. Don't hate on one of the greatest games ever, should have won game 7 then.

Not really sure as I don't tend to dwell on things but rather just move on with my life after one of my teams loses in the playoffs or championship game/series.

I guess one of my more heartbreaking moments would be 12/5/2009 Pitt vs. Cincinnati at Heinz Field with the Big East title and a BCS bowl on the line and Pitt blew a 31-10 lead and lost 45-44 on a Cincy TD with :32 left.

Yeah I still remember watching that game... it was such a ballsy call and an awesome game even though I was pulling for Auburn.

            Easily "The Decision".

My dog that I had from childhood died the day before, and the next day The Decision happened on National TV.

Oh I was. In fact, I was at the last game in Municipal Stadium.

I took some solace in the fact that Steve Everett wore a Browns bandanna in the first Ravens season. That took some balls.

Trust me, just because I didn't list those doesn't mean they still don't hurt.

You can throw all the Cavs and Indians misery in there as well. I just gave a short snippet. We'd be here all day if I didn't. To be honest, I'm even sick of complaining about Cleveland sports. I'm just numb to it now.

              Factory of sadness.

Do you have one single worst moment though? I wanna ask JJLinn the same thing because he posted a bunch of incidents and I'd like to know which was the WORST overall. I'm an old man and I kinda think of "the drive" as the moment I assume is the worst but I could be totally wrong.

If I had to narrow it down it would have to be pretty much a dead heat between Mesa's blown save in the 97 WS or the decision. It wasn't even so much Lebron leaving as it was the way he **** down the throats of every die hard Cleveland fan who worshiped the ground he walked on.

As far as "The Drive" and "The Fumble go" I was 8 and 9 respectively when they happened. I remember watching the games, and feeling ****ty because my uncles had basically taught me to be a die hard Cleveland fan and I fed off their reactions. But even at that age It still hurt knowing we were that close to two Super Bowls.

I tried narrowing it down the best I could...I got down to 6 that I remember being absolutely crushed and dejected afterwards. In order:

                      1. 2012 ALDS Game 5 - Orioles/Yankees
                      2. 2010 SEC Championship - Florida/Alabama
                      3. 2006 Sweet 16 - Duke/LSU
                      4. 2004 East Finals - Flyers/Lightning
                      5. 2004 Final Four - Duke/UConn
                      6. 2010 Stanley Cup Finals Game 6 - Flyers/Blackhawks

Game 5 just killed me to watch the entire way. Watching pretty much everyone in our lineup fail at the plate, to McLouth's ball that may have hit the foul pole, to them finally getting it going and loading the bases in the 8th but only coming away with one run. It was brutal.

I wish I could force you to have a 6 team tournament to decide your #1 worst moment. Maybe a vote could be involved somehow. I'm thinking #1 and #5 would get 1st round byes. Idunno, I'm just picky and wanna know everyone's #1 worst moment, and although I understand a lot of guys have multiple moments, I wanna know #1 damnit lol

I'm over it, but Super Bowl XL.

Last year's playoff game against the Falcons was almost as painful... The Seahawks fought back and took the lead with 31 seconds left. Everyone in my parent's house was celebrating and I was just quiet. I knew it then and I can't really explain it. I had faith, but there was a huge part of me that just felt the most uneasiness that I have ever felt in my team.

I looked at the room and said, "31 seconds is too much time."

                          You know the rest.

I forgot what year it was, may have been the 2010 NFL season but it's the Falcons/Saints game where Garrett Hartley missed a chip shot FG to win the game.

My step uncle(what ever you want to call it) was a huge Bucs fans and we were at a family gathering and he gave me so much **** when it happened. I don't really like him and I was pissed off so I just blew up, cursing, etc. It was pretty bad.
