For me it was Opening Day 1990. The Kansas City Royals were coming off a second place finish and signed Cy Young award winning closer Mark Davis in the offseason. They had a talented lineup with HOFer George Brett, Bo Jackson was on the verge of becoming a baseball god. Life couldn't be better for a Royals fan until Mark Davis blew the save. That was the moment Royals baseball turned for the worst.

2003 Auburn/Georgia game. I don't really want to talk too much. Let's just say that Georgia won on a crazy 4th and 15 play and the receiver that made the catch went to my school's arch-rival in Tulsa. It was bad.WUSTLComment

Re: What is your WORST moment as a sports fan?
The Giants blowing game six. And the Sharks letting the Wings score with 40 second left in the playoffs and CheeChoo hitting the post in OT in the Playoffs. That would have given us a 3-0 or a 3-1 lead over the Oilers.Comment
