The deuce is dropped daily. If things are "regular' its once in the AM and once in the later afternoon.

The only issue i have with dropping the kids off is i HAVE to have something to read. I can't go unless im reading, make of that what you will.

I'm currently taking colon cleansing supplements to, uh...clean out my colon.

I drop twice a day and I have more energy than ever.

I suggest some dudes do this. Every now and then, you need a good cleaning. Too much spackle and paste can sit in there. Actually a person can hold up to 10 pounds of waste in there.

Usually twice a day, once after lunch and once after dinner. I think they put something in the NCSU food, because the 10 minute rule certainly applies after eating at the dining halls.

Does anybody else find it weird that I enjoy the site of my own poop? I can sit there and look at it all day and admire the shape and curvature of it. But I am completely grossed out at the site of somebody elses poop. If I look at it too long, I feel like I got to gag.

Because this is usually one commonly ignored part of nutrition.

Usually once, sometimes twice. I make sure to get at least 30-35 grams of fiber per day to stay regular. I also drink a lot of water to help flush out my system.

Whenever I get the downtown pushdowns.

Usually twice a day, but I can go 3 or 4 times a day sometimes. I also go before and after any type of work out, no matter if I have to or not.

I love taking that after big meal dump. Those are the ones where you lose like...50 pounds in a single dump.
