Re: Anyone try online dating sites?
Finally ended things with that one chick tonight. I gave her a chance to explain things and all she could do is point fingers and try to put the blame on me. That's not gonna fly, especially when I was the only one really trying in that relationship.
Already got a couple girls numbers on POF so we'll see how things go!Fan of....

So why exactly are guys complaining that random hot chicks are sending them very basic messages?Comment

Re: Anyone try online dating sites?
Had my first 'date' the other night, if you wanna call it that. Met up with a girl at a bar in town, chatted for a bit, she's cool, but the physical attraction was non-existent, which is a nice way of me saying I thought she was ugly.
Been texting another girl for a few days now, we were supposed to meet up last night but the snow kinda threw a wrench into that.Comment

Re: Anyone try online dating sites?
Short chick was still cool though. Just at a disadvantage since she came in a week and a half after I started dating the other. She was also dating someone else for 3 weeks before she met me. We both decided things were getting serious with the other people we were dating and we'd be better off seeing what happens. Told me if things don't work out for either of us she'd be interested in starting back up.
But for now Girl A wins out for me.Member of The OS Baseball Rocket Scientists AssociationComment

Well gentlemen, I believe I just had a date with the girl that's going to make me want to delete my PoF profile. That was seriously one of the best dates I ever had, and she even made the comment about her probably deleting her profile after this. I plan on going on 1 or 2 more dates with her before making anything official but...wow. That's all I can say.Boston Red Sox

Not the short chick. The one from a few weeks back, who I wasn't too excited to date at first. If you go back in my posts the one who likes hockey and IPAs. She won me over. Big boobs may have helped with that.

Great news, man. Sure you're glad you decided to give her a shot despite feeling it wouldn't work.
Are you guys both in Brooklyn?

So I went on a date last night with a girl I met on match and had a pretty good time. Ended up taking her to a nice Mexican place in the mall up here then went to Funny Bones and saw Rob Little. She was down to earth and pretty good looking, will be interesting to see where this goes.My dog's butt smells like cookiesComment

The girl I met on OKC stayed at my place last night.
I spent a minute or so mentioning God of War 3 sometime during the week while we were in New Orleans together (yeah, moving kinda fast with this one, I guess).
So I wake up and she says: "Are you gonna play God of War?"
I respond, "No, but I can if you want me to," secretly hoping she wanted me to. And she nods and comments on wanting to be a gamer. Somehow she's intrigued by us pathetic men.
So I played an hour of God of War 3 as she watched. And it was awesome. She wasn't a bother. She mostly commented on the things I noticed when I first started up the game a week ago: scenery, gore, story, how cinematic the experience is for the gamer.
I don't know, guys. I think I hit jackpot with this one.
May you all find a woman that likes the things you like. The great thing is I like what she likes too. It's not one-sided at all. Just been a good match so far. Can't believe it's been two months we've been hanging, dating, talking, whatever people want to call it.
