Re: Anyone try online dating sites?
I got picked to be a mod today on OKC. Not as exciting as I thought it would be. Did see one nasty vagina though.Comment

Re: Anyone try online dating sites?
I would broaden your horizons a bit on the age range (if you're willing).
And I would definitely eliminate the "message me if" portion.
I know it's important to you that someone like the things you do, but I wouldn't eliminate people from the get go like that.
It's amazing how things someone thinks they hate will change once they find someone they really like.
My girlfriend NEVER listened to country and within about 2 weeks it was all she was listening to.Comment

Unless you have Brad Pitt good looks, and none of us do, I dont think straight shots really work to get the attention of a girl browsing.
Are you getting visitors that just dont message you? Or just not many visitors to begin with?Comment

Re: Anyone try online dating sites?
That is a terrible, unoriginal opening line IMO.
I don't think this just of you, but when I see it on a chick's profiles too, 99% of people in the world enjoy having fun and laughing. Saying you are laid back is the most unoriginal thing you can have.
This could just be a pet peeve of mine though.Comment

I'm no expert. But I'd change your profile pic to the one of you wake boarding.

Re: Anyone try online dating sites?
I get to maneuver around Valentine's Day and handle a birthday within the next two weeks. Should be fun.

I'm not really worried about the birthday. I already have an idea and figure any kind of thought this early on will be good points.

Valentine's is going to be interesting for me also. We're exclusive with each other but not officially in a relationship yet (its been 5 weeks I think). Might just get her a small gift and some chocolates. As of now nothing else is planned. We are going to a hockey game the day after though.Member of The OS Baseball Rocket Scientists AssociationComment

Re: Anyone try online dating sites?
Met my first serial dater gentleman and I took rejection with class. Bounced back nicely and have a date lined up for VDay with a girl who is a sports fan. In the words of Barney Stinson, it's time to suit up!
