On a date, you're suppossed to learn about each other. I use coupons. Therefore, I don't see any point hiding in hiding the fact. Why spend extra money if you don't have to? If a date is uninterested because I know the value of a buck, adios.

a few times i got these gift cards for christmas like half off movie tickets and popcorn and stuff so i used them to buy me a large popcorn.

I wouldn't on a first or second date...then again I don't use coupons all that often, but if I was one of those people who have a coupon for everything I guess I wouldn't care. She's gotta deal with the penny pinching anyways, so be honest.

Not too many good places take coupons. If you're taking her to TGI Fridays or Applebees in the first place you're pretty much dead in the water anyway.

But me and this one girl had gone a few dates and I have shown I am not cheap(she gets mad when I pay), so I felt comfortable taking her to Ghengis Grill with two free bowl coupons, I told her before though I had them though.

Ya, that's what I was thinking. If I had gone out with a girl a few times, then wanted to go out again and use a coupon, I'd be like "hey, I got some coupons to this place, you wanna go?"
