How late do you stay up?

And, why?

The 5 nights a week I don't have class the next day I like to stay up til 3 for some reason. I sleep in the next day, but I don't know why I enjoy staying up so late. Maybe it's cuz I'm just used to it.

I usually go to sleep around 11 on Sunday-Thursday nights. Friday and Saturday it depends, but usually later. I stayed up a lot later last semester, and my grades suffered because of it. I just can't focus when I have to get up early to take a quiz/test when I stay up late.

12-1 AM on weeknights.

3-5 AM on weekends (sometimes earlier and sometimes later, though).

I'm more of a late-night person, so I love to stay up late and would stay up later on weeknights if it weren't for the fact that I have to get up at 7 AM. I used to go to bed at like 3 AM on weeknights and only got 3-4 hours of sleep. It didn't really affect my work at all, but it made me feel miserable and tired, so getting 6-7 hours of sleep is pretty important.

Weeknights-3:30-4 a.m.
Weekend-4:30 a.m.

I work second shift, so that has alot to due with it but I'm naturally a night person

11-12 usually.

I have work Tues-Sat at 8:30, so I can't stay up as late as I used to. Plus, I usually play soccer or work out after work so I'm usually tired from that anyways.

If I'm going out (date, party, etc) I'll go to bed around 1ish.

4 AM most of the time. There are times when I go to sleep early and sleep all night and other times where I fall asleep and wake up in the middle of the night.

Perfect example of this?

Last night: fell asleep at 6 PM woke up at 5 AM
Tonight: fell asleep after the Jays game woke up about 1:30.

Ususally go to sleep around 1:30am, sometimes 2am. Weekends or not - doesn't matter.

I find it almost impossible to fall asleep before 2AM, even if I woke up early or didn't get much sleep the night before. And here it is 5:10 and I still haven't gone to bed. Jesus.

Why? Cause it's funny how the night moves; you just don't seem to have as much to lose.

I've always gotten to bed pretty early compared to others. My friends used to stay up real late back when we were in school... I don't know how they did it. I'd get a good amount of sleep and still be tired in class sometimes.

Nowadays, I go to bed around 10 PM with my girlfriend. She has work early (leaves around 7-8 AM weekdays) and I'm usually in the room with her so I just hop in bed. I've been waking up early with her and doing my rounds on the internet to kill time. There's usually a lot of new content to check out.

Weeknights, depends on the wife. If she has to get up early, i stay up till like 11 or 12. If she gets up when i do for work, we usually go to bed at 10ish or so, watch some TV or get some cardio in.

Weekends, depends on A) sports B) video games C) what the wife and I are doing. No earlier than 12, no later than 2

Usually I go to bed about 10 or 11 pm on weeknights, I have a 5:30 am wake up call to think for that. When the Lakers play I am usually up till about 2 am, because their games don't start till 10:30 am out east. On the weekends its whatever.
