    You need proteins my friend.



    Breakfast:

    Eggs and oatmeal

    Lunch:

    Meats and carbs and veggies

    Dinner:

    More meats and carbs and veggies



    Also, you need to be eating every 2-3 hours. And make sure you're drinking your protein shakes as well, at LEAST prior to and immediately following your weight lifting sessions.

    Pack it all in, the way you eat is just as important as how you work out.

      Just eat a bunch of lard. That'll do the trick, though I'm not sure if that's the kind of weight you want to be adding!

        Hey member I have a supplement SUPER ADVANCED WHEY PROTEIN... Should I add a scoop of this to the mixture?

        total fat - 2 g
        sat fat - 1 g
        chol - 45 mg
        total carb - 3g
        protein - 26 g
        calcium - 86 mg
        iron - .6 mg

        Super Recovery Blend - 9g
        (Creatine Monohydrate, Taurine, L Glutamine, Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine)

        This this product does contain some type of creatine. I bought the Packets of instant breakfast already. Do you think I should use this Whey Protein the in blend?

          I have both that protein and the carnation drinks, and if I were you I would swap out the Carnation with two scoops of the protein. Maybe switch it up occationally for something different, but since you're trying to gain weight for football you'd be better off getting the extra protein that you wouldn't get from the breakfast drink mix (plus you'd be getting a few more calories that way).

            Yea I think I am going to use the whey protein after workouts and the carnation after meals

              When I was younger protein shakes + a good workout plan helped me gain a good 15-20 pounds of muscle/mass.

                  Alright guys rate my current dailey diet

                  Breakfast - Oatmeal or Eggs or Both

                  Lunch - Carbs, Pizze Pasta. Meat and Vegs

                  One hour before workout drink a Whey Protein Shake

                  *Shake just has 8 ounces of milk and 1 scoop of whey protein

                  After workout drink another Whey Protein shake immediately

                  *Shake 8 ounces of milk, 1 scoop of whey protein, banana, 2 scoops of peanut butter, 2 ts of flax seed oil and olive oil

                  Dinner - Carbs, Meat and Vegs

                  After dinner shake

                  *Shake - 2 cups of milk, carnation packet, banana, 2 scoops of peanut butter, 2 ts of of flax seed and olive oil


                  What you guys think?

                    Get a wife, get her pregnant, and eat all the crazy stuff she does. Works like a charm.

                        Watch the episode of Southpark when Cartman gains tons of weight and bodybuilds. lol. But seriously, I struggle with this too. I try to eat a lot, but it just makes me feel tired and bloated. lol.
