Yep, they really need to have parent classes in High School. But I doubt that will help.

      Explain it to me then?

You saw young kids dancing in sexually suggestive ways. The mother of these kids were young and encouraging them. I said that everyone has sex around 12-16 years old and it really isn't that big of a deal if they have children at that young of an age.....what am I missing?

Would you allow your 5-12 year old daughter to just start shakin' their *** all willy nilly in public?

That's probably why they acted like that, their fathers are either non-existent or they are around and they ain't really doing their jobs.

A real father would never have his daughters act like that.

Oh wow. I must have missed his reply BUT oh how wrong you are.

In the typical family tradition, the fathers are the parents that teach the kids the meaning of self respect. They are the ones who also rear the children when they get out of line.

Now, its not to say that mothers don't play a significant role in this, because they do. BUT the father is suppose to be the lead and if you don't have a lead then basically you have lost members.

              Speaking of parenting skills... http://blog.al.com/breaking/2009/10/...ing_child.html

Oh and on another note, what is the deal with parents taking the children to see rated R movies? A few years back I went to see The Hills Have Eyes and there was a couple in there that had three children. The oldest looked about 8 and the youngest 3 or 4. I mean, can these people just not find a sitter or something?

Because that movie is probably one of the hardest movies to watch that I've ever seen.
              Spoiler

And I'm not a parent but, if and when I do become one I would never take my kids to see that kind of movie.

I remember when I was a kid my Grandmother and Aunt brought my older brother and I to see the Gremlins at the drive in. We got scared at the very beginning of the movie when the Mogwai's first started turning into Gremlins and attacked the main characters Mom and had to leave.

I guess kids now a days are just used to that sort of thing or something.

Re: Sometimes I Wish Folks Would Have To Take A Test To See If They Are Able To Have

It's things like this that make me really worried that i have a daughter. There's such a fine line when dealing with kids these days. If you let them do what they want, you'll probably end up being on Maury crying about how your kid is out of control while your kid curses you out. On the other hand, if you imprison then their whole life they their just gonna "wild out" whenever they're away from you anyway. It's everything media, society. Certain things that would never have been tolerated back in the days seem like the exact opposite now. It's up to us as parents cuz the world don't give a dang about your child. As for my daughter all i can is give her the best advise i can and hope i don't see her on some lame rappers bootleg video.
