No, there is no such ride. There's X2 at Magic Mountain and Eejanaika in Japan. No 4D coaster in Texas.Comment

Re: Just got back from 6 flags
Ok, I didn't know the exact location of it, i saw some footage (or may have been a tv show about coasters). Don't know where i got Texas from.
Yeah, that's not in Texas. It's at Six Flags Magic Mountain in California. It's actually been named X2 since last year after they repainted it, added some fire/fog effects and got new trains for it. It was the only one of its kind for awhile until a park in Japan opened a ride called Eejanaika, which is pretty much a clone of X2 except for one element near the end of the ride, and it's a bit taller.HELLO BROOKYLN.

Re: Just got back from 6 flags
Well, X2 used to be X a year or two ago. They changed the name because they revamped the coaster in some ways. The track was re-painted and the trains were rebuilt for a better, smoother ride. I haven't ridden on it since they've done that, but even before that it was fantastic.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

That and they added flames/fog/music for a "better on-ride experience". The ride was a maintenance nightmare before the changes and I recall most people saying they waited hours on end to ride.Well, X2 used to be X a year or two ago. Six Flags seems to be fond of the "re-paint, re-name, add cheesy effects, and promote old coaster as new" strategy, as they did it with X, Medusa->Bizarro, and Superman->Bizarro. It's actually very smart business-wise.Comment
