I had to restart because I wasn't able to get it in for a few days after the first one - so I redid #1 yesterday, and I just finished PlyoX a few minutes ago and I'm a dead man. I measured my heart rate at the end, and I literally couldn't keep up with it because it was so fast. I managed to count up to 40 in 15 seconds, but I know I missed a few for sure... So I was up in the 160 range there. Jesus...

I had to take this week off because of my sickness. No energy and constant coughing/sneezing just wasn't allowing me to workout properly.

Have to redo this week again.

Nothing is harder than restarting a workout regimen after sickness/vacation.

I remember once I was on Week 7 of a 12 week plyometrics program. Went to Vegas for a weekend. Absolutely destroyed weeks 1-6.

I was already fit, but looking to tone and bulk. I'm accomplishing that to a degree. I think I should be ok as long as I push myself.

Just have to expect that tough first week again.

i suffer from fat man's back. im trying to figure does anyone have a good substitute for plyometrics workout...at least until my back issue is in a tolerable state

hard to say if i'm seeing any difference. i'm definitely feeling stronger. i can go harder with each workout. but since i'm not following the diet, i'm not going to get the huge results that some people get. but since that was never my goal (to get ripped), so far it's working. like i said, i've lost weight and people tell me that i look "thinner". so in that sense, it's working. most of all, it gets me off my fat *** and get moving, which sucks to start but so much fun after it's over.

Hope you get better soon and get back on that horse! Bring it!

Cardio is a substitute for plyo.

The funny thing is Tony only mentions this in the cardio video and not in the plyo video.

Plyo pretty much destroys my back when I go balls to the wall, I'm going to try it today without the high-impact moves like jump knee tucks and rock star hops and see if I feel better getting out of bed tomorrow. I'd hate to nix the workout completely because I love the results from it (after my back gets back to normal) but it's not worth the day-after agony.
