Thanks - do you mind saying what you omit?
I'm looking into this a bit - but I'm not quite sure, yet. I'm not sure I have the room for much equipment, or that I can afford it right now... So I'm looking around at what I need, and if it's worth it with or without it.
Tell me if I'm right. From what I see - a chin up bar, free weights, yoga mat, plastic chair...
That doesn't seem like much at all - so I get the feeling I'm missing something.
And how do chin up bars work? It just seems like my weight would rip the door frame off, since they look like they put the weight on the top of the frame, and then push against the wall to keep it up... I'm worried about that.
