I know I'm due for a knee injury at some point and I like the idea of knowing I might be able to bounce back from it at some point without losing all of my athleticism.
Yea everything isnt so bad now, I can tell when bad weather is coming a lot of the times

Funny thing you mention you think you going to have a knee injury. Week before I hurt myself, i felt like my knee wasn't the same after a day of balling. I paid it no mind, because you usually feel aches and pains, but something about this time didn't feel right. Next time I played thats when it happened. Hopefully you do not have to go through a knee injury.

One advice I would give you, do not half-assed the rehab, listen to your body, and when rehab is done, continue to spend extra time on that knee. Do not rush back and do not think about your knee being injured

I can't smoke, snort or drink like I used too. I realized this after one afternoon a few years ago where I thought my heart exploded. I blacked out.

I can't never go back to my hometown without getting my *** kicked.

I can still dunk but my handle is broke and my quicks are hanging out with Budweiser and Johnie Walker.

I can't believe a high school kid started this thread....
