This is bad. They actually sell caskets? I can picture a kid at Wal-Mart saying "Hey Mommy, can I get that casket? Please?"
I want my casket to be pimped by Xzibit. "Pimp My Casket".

"I picked one up to bury my cat in. Other than having room for about 100 cats, it worked well. Oh, had to dig a really big hole too, and that was rough on my back. But at least when my dog dies I can just open 'er up again and stick him in too. "

Amazing they will sale caskets, but they won't sell rap music that has cursing in it or sexual lyrics.Comment

I'll wait for the Rubbermaid version.
Cheaper than wood, and way better at preservation.Comment

Re: I guess its true....Walmart sells everything.
Just sayin'. I don't view as any different than having a funeral, wake, or whatever.
And I'd like to think that I'd have more respect for someone I love that has passed on, to not just dig a hole, and toss their body in there.

Re: I guess its true....Walmart sells everything.
Besides the money to pay the expenses of a funeral and the casket and all, typically comes from the deceased individual's life insurance policy. So whats more respectful? Giving them a proper burial, or selfishly taking their money and spending it foolishly on material things for yourself?I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
