    Re: Tips for working out??

So Monday me and my friends lifted, we just did basic bench and some curls.

Then we got the motivation to run because it was nice weather out. We ran .5 mile to Cicis, each ordered a large pizza, ran back .5 mile then drove back and picked it up haha

I'd feel bad if I was fat, but I'm not. Ate a big helping of spaghetti and meatballs around 6, worked out around 730 then at again around 8. Then ate some pb&j around midnight.

Man I weighed in at 6-3 220 today for my physical. Im surprised my weight is so high because I feel like Im pretty defined in my midsection. Im pretty close to a 6pack already. I think Ive unintentionally bulked up haha. Maybe 210 is my goal for summer...

I just dont feel like I weigh 220...

stew.. I feel you man... I stepped on the scales and was freaked out by the 234 that the scale read out. Now I just feel fat, but I'm more lean than I've been in a while... I just don't like that number. I just knew I was around 210 or so... but not even close.

To be 100% honest maybe that we're getting to our mid-20s we're becoming more physically mature & solid. I truly think that might be part of it. We have big frames to begin with and now we're just completely filling them out.

I know what you're saying but I think WTF and I both have in our minds our ideal weight.

I do agree though...but still want to be 210!

lol exactly body fat is the way to go. I hardly ever trust a scale unless I'm trying to gain weight which is what I'm doing. I've only gained 5 pounds in the past 3 months.

I've got some pretty bad knees though, and they don't necessarily need to be lugging around that weight, muscle or fat. I guess I really need to be about 20 lbs lighter, because my frame just isn't supposed to carry this much. I guess I've been overdoing it lately, pushing harder than ever, because weight wise, this is as big as I've ever been.

Checked in yesterday and Im down to 14% and now Im 202.
