As a fellow 'survivor' of some pretty nasty sh*t, I highly reccomend some professional counciling.
Between the grief, and possible PTSD, you'll need the help and perspective of someone who can help you figure out how to come to grips with your wife's obvious behavioral issues.
In most areas, there are places where you can go that bill on a sliding scale.
Find strength in your relationships with your daughters, family and friends.
She may have left, but you are not alone.Comment

Do you have someone you can talk to? A best friend or counselor perhaps? Keeping those emotions bottled up is never a good thing.Comment

Wow man, that's really awful and the fact that she pulled it right before Christmas . . Like others have said, hang in there and stay strong for your daughters. As others have said, there's a lot of good advice. I don't know how strong the words of strangers are, but I hope you can find some solace somehow. It's going to be hard, but your daughters need you and you have to become the wall they can lean on.
