    Just joined Sparkpeople but I can't seem to find an actual weight loss graph. I like to have one of those that tells you what percentage you are towards your goal when you weigh-in. Is there one available?

        I saw that earlier but for some reason it won't let me change my end date. My end date says tomorrow and the longest it will let me put is April 2nd. I want my end date to be September.

          Is it time for a thread title change? I think so...

          Now is a good time to make some changes, Fiddy. I put on most of the weight I recently dropped when I was unemployed two years ago. Drank too much Pepsi and playing NHL08 was about as active as I got for several months.

              Thread title change definitely. Let's get this weight loss party started. I'm gonna use this thread to post my daily caloric intake and cardio activity.

                        yeah but it's a pain with their calorie logger, missing too much stuff IMO, sparkpeople destroys them in that area

                                This whole low cal diet thing seems like it's just cheating! I can eat an Arby's Large Roast Beef Sandwich (2 packets Arby's sauce), a can of Progresso Chicken Noodle Soup Lite, a packet of Sam's Choice pistachios, and 2 Spotted Cow beers and my total would only be @ 1147 calories. That just seems insane to me. Is that as bad as it sounds, or just not really as much food as I think?
