      Alton Brown's Buff smoothie: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/a...ipe/index.html

Calorie Count says it has 391 calories. Plus a ton of Vitamin C. And yes, I do go with the Soy milk. It's not as thick as one with yogurt, but it's still damn tasty.

But rye bread fills you so easilly. Two slices of it and you will easily manage to live with it for many hours. I ated it at 7am and the next time eated something was at 12 o'clock, and I wasn't even hungry.

Yeah, it's pretty good. I think I'm going to start playing with the ingredients and portions. I might cut down on the blueberries and add more peaches. Although I tried raspberries in it and it was good too. It's going to start being my go-to breakfast.

Does anyone have any good recipes for a nice omelet that is suitable for dinner?

mikko - to each his own, i just try to eat a big breakfast as I've everything i've read and every trainer/doctor i've talked to has said

"Eat breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dinner like a pauper"

And you know what it works? But if eating just rye bread fills you up then that must serve the same purpose as well.

Hova57 - I just drank a Diet Mt. Dew, I normally drink water all day but I read in Men's Health a cafeinated beverage right before a workout can help boost a workout quite a bit so I've been doing that and it has helped me. You should be ready to tear it up today, LOL

The Giggas, I like my omelets like this, for dinner or breakfast:

                    1 egg
                    1 serving egg whites
a dash of 1% or skim milk (just a smidge)
                    some chopped onion (a slice)
some chopped green pepper (a slice)
some sliced fresh mushrooms (a couple of small mushrooms)

Mix all of the above up...cook in a small pan and flip when it's ready...then add a slice of lowfat cheese.

It's a simple recipe but everyone i've made it for has gone crazy for it.

That's true. I usually drink a sugar free Red Bull or Diet Coke 'bout thirty minutes before a workout.

                            LUNCH
2 pieces of low cal whole wheat (70)

                            deli sliced turkey (80)
                            low fat cheese slice (50)
mixed vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots (50)
green giant mixed peas with corn (80)

                            SNACK: Green seedless grapes (35)

Total for the day (Breakfast, snack, lunch): 750 CALORIES

So with my exercise and all my food so far I'm +300 calories.

Sting - that's cool, just remember to drink plenty of fluids. If you get hungry drink some tomato juice or chicken or beef broth. They will do a good job of quenching the hunger. And if that doesn't do the trick then you can eat some grapes or watermelon. Although those are foods, they're mostly water so it really could still be considered not breaking the fast. Good luck!

Hova - just commit to doing 15 minutes today. Start small and build on it. Don't get it in your head that you have to start using your new stuff with a big workout or you'll put it off and never get back into it.
