First problem:
Idle chatter. Try to stay away from it. If you aren't making plans, no need to sit on the phone and/or text a female for extended periods of time. You appear to NOT be busy and women like challenges. As I am reading, I think that is the entire issue here. Too much talking and not enough face to face. It should be up to you to just make plans because females are often time clueless when it comes to making plans. Just take charge.

Maybe i'm the only one that sees that this guy seems to like this girl though. yes there are plenty of fish in the sea but I know from personal experience that giving up and moving on is not always the best strategy. Since i'm 40 years old and have re-connected with a lot of girls I went to high school with I've learned that I should have pursued a bit more than I did with some of my "dream girls". Instead I simply adapted the attitude of "plenty of fish" and moved on.
