I did ask the dealer for a spare key, but they said they didn't have one. Where can I actually get a spare key with the remote and all that? How much should it cost?

I also have only one key. But I lock my car with the remote controller, so I must have the key in my hand to lock it. Still, I check like 3 times that I have the key and put it in my pocket right away. It's a good habit, in my opinion.

I have a belt loop key chain for my keys. Always have it. I don't trust my pockets.

Lol. I hate digging in my pockets especially for keys or other things that are much smaller. I just clip off the chain and get my keys.

Yea I hate having things in my pockets, just feels uncomfortable to me. I keep my keys on one of those key chains that hang around your neck.

It's been a long day. But yeah I try to put as little in my pockets as possible. But yeah I've locked my keys in my car. I left them in the ignition one time when I turned the car off. I was mad and it was at school no less.

yeah i did that before, thats why i just keep a spare in my wallet.

now if i forget my wallet in the car and lock my keys in there too.................

Same here, now that I have a 2002 Ford Explorer. Back when I was driving a 1992 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer, I had to lock it manually, though.
