This is a portrait of my dad who passed away in 2010 from colon cancer. It is based off of this picture.

I haven't finished it due to school but this is what I got so far. You can't see that well in this pic but the right side of the tree is an angel, down the middle you can kind of see her wing. and then there's a bunch of hell/heaven stuff hidden within the branches. The right side is going to get some more life type things in it i.e. flowers and trees blooming while the left will be darker and dead trees.

I'll probably get it finished in a week or two since I just graduated.

I had the hands done pre iraq. That was only 200. The tree is 100 an hour. I have 12 hours in right now. It took a long time because of all the line work, then it's a large area to shade. I think i should get the rest done in 8 hours hopefully.

I just think that Walter White as Heisenberg is one of the best characters in anything I have ever seen/read. On one hand, when he is dressed as the part and into the "role" of Heisenberg, he has no fear and is capable of anything. But on the other hand, discard the clothes and get take him out of his Heisenberg "role" and he is a level-headed, normal person with fear and ration just like all of us. The character just really speaks to me in terms of duality and the fact that we all wear masks sometimes.

Yes sir. It is in between the bottom knuckle of my thumb and index finger on my left hand.

I suppose I could have just said the "web" of my hand, even though there is more than one.
