But from random sweepstakes and raffles that take place at every mall intersection or department store, etc., I would think this would be impossible.
And also, I think it would be tough for the other guy to come forward being that be basically instigated the whole thing by prank calling him more than once with the intent to annoy and harass this guy, which would be super easy to prove with phone records. Would it be worth incriminating oneself?
