Holy crap you are a GNC store dream client, lots of money spent on all that stuff!

I always wonder how they get away with making some of the claims they put on their packaging. SCIENTIFICALLY TESTED TO GIVE 12034% anabolic HGH boost metabolizing protein synchronization's. *

I don't shop at GNC actually and I don't expect supps to do anything magical for me.

Doesn't matter where you buy it, it's still a bunch of supps that probably do very little for you. It's your money so go for it, i have nothing against people who use supps it's just that 90% of them are a waste of time and money.

You are right. But if you notice all I really have is protein. Surge is post-workout protein with carbs. I could get that by drinking Chocolate Milk, which I have done and sometimes still do. Drive is Micellular Casien Protein, which is what I drink right before bed. Leucine is basically amino and that's all it is. The Superfood, I could do without since I eat a lot of Spinach and fruit, but I just add it in at times.

The only reason I buy a lot of protein is because I really only eat fish and I might eat chicken here and there. I will eat egg whites. But flavor becomes an issue sometimes.

Yeah a lot of these supps are for convenience which i fully understand, it can get tiring having to prep all the food you need all the time to put on some serious muscle.

I just find it hilarious how some dudes get brainwashed by all the marketing hype and insist on paying 5 x the price for things like animalpak multi vitamins that do the same thing a generic brand would do.

My feeling is if you build the body chemically it will also die chemically but with that said, there's nothing wrong with taking some supplements so long as you take into consideration your long term health. Obviously some of the testosterone boosters and things of that nature aren't good for your body long term, but if you're using them in conjunction with healthy eating and proper exercise who's to say you can't?

I lost a ton of weight myself in my day and then added a lot more back in muscle but it took a long time because I did it as natural as I could. Conversely, I had a friend who did his using the help of supplements. Years later, we're both still in shape and no side effects to speak of. Sometimes, IMO, you just need that extra push or edge to help you help yourself, while others are just genetic freaks who don't need anything at all.

When I get in my 40's I may look into hormone replacement, but I'd never bring my hormone levels above what's natural for a healthy male in their 20's.

Like Jonesy, I'm kind of off the supplement bandwagon overall. For me, it's always been just mixing it up and putting in an honest effort that's given me the most progress.

More gains would just mean more effort from other areas. The extra effort needed to break a high plateau is almost exponential in effort. To just work pretty hard or whatever will get you to a certain point, but to get to that point beyond where most people get one usually needs to take a lot of different measures to obtain it. Things like joint health, flexibility, water balance, macronutrient ratios, nutrient timing, CNS stress, sleep levels, and overall plan become a much bigger deal.

It's so f'n gross but I just stomach it. I don't want to eat vegetables.

                    Small review of the product...
