That's not cool. Was it someone in the company or another person interviewing for the same position?

            Congrats.
Someone in the company. Never liked how quickly I was progressing and also selfishly wanted to keep me as a volunteer (because I ascended to become a key person). I think companies and bosses in general would like someone like me who is constantly looking to progress and improve beyond what they are currently capable of, but there are always those people in life that don't want that. They don't want you to do TOO well, they don't want you to learn TOO fast... They remind me of the waiting passage from Dr. Seuss's "oh the places you'll go" which by the way is a great gift for any child or grown adult.

Thanks for the congrats...it's amazing how a single phone call can change your life in a matter of minutes. Now it's time for me to prepare because I start after this coming week. I plan to show up prepared and ready for anything. I also met a great girl on wed night, so I'm beaming atm.

I'm buying two of my references a nice bottle of wine that will age well. If I ever meet any OSer's I'd gladly buy them a beer. BTW Youv, your link a page or so back was very interesting and helped a bit. I think anyone who reads it will come more prepared.
