    Re: Must-Eat, Can't Miss Restaurants/Diners/Dives

    In Miami:

The famed Jimbo's Shrimp Shack on Virginia Key. Even if you don't like seafood (which I don't), just go to soak up the atmosphere. And if you're in town in mid-April, DO NOT miss Jimbo's annual birthday bash.

El Rey de Las Fritas on 8th Street. If you've never had a Cuban frita, you are truly missing out, and El Rey is home of the finest frita this side of Havana.

Arbetter's Hot Dogs on Bird Road. The chili is second-to-none and the atmosphere is great (you have to say "I love Larry Bird" to get a free refill). Plus, free Boston Baked Beans the day after any Boston team wins a championship.

There's more, but I'll stick with those essential three if you're visiting Miami.

They are really starting to expand, they just got a big $$ investor to finance the expansion, I heard they are opening like 7 new Restaurants in the North East.

I have not been to the NYC location, I have the Original 5 minutes away. If you happen to see their BBQ sauce in the grocery Story, Buy it. It is easily the best low calorie BBQ sauce on the planet, its water based, not sugar.

              Re: Must-Eat, Can't Miss Restaurants/Diners/Dives

Every place that Guy talks about his Diner's Drive and Dives is awesome about Phoenix. Phoenix has A LOT of commercial spots, which are good but nothing to die for, but the special small spots are where it's at.

              Joe's Farm Grill
This is a burger joint that all of it's ingrediants come from their farm. It's just so fresh and the ingredients are amazing. Get the burger, sweet potato fries or garlic fries and you won't regret it.

              Pizzaria Bianco
This actually nationally known as one of the best pizza places. The ingredients are amazing. Best pizza I ever ate but you will wait a LONG TIME. Place is small and last time I wanted almost 2.5 hours to get in.

              Chino Bandito
This is a unique place in Chandler, AZ. It's a unique blend of chinese, mexican, and jamacian. You would think, WTF, but amazing blend of foods. You can get jade chicken, with a quesadilla with jerk rice. Crazy combos and the food is good.

              Meixcan Food
Too many to mention. Ask a local and they'll point you to their favorites. I prefer places in South Phoenix, which is in the ghetto but you get your best Mexican food there. Guy went to a spot called: Los Toquitos, very solid place. I also love any place that has "Marisquos" in front of it because its sea food and Mexican seafood is top notch. Also best spot I been to is "Carlolina's" which is pretty close to the Suns' stadium.

              Matt's Big Breakfast.
Great spot for breakfast, quality ingredients, big portions and it's just plain good. Located in downtown Phoenix.

Pretty much google: Best of Phoenix and this is a list of places that have been ranked by locals and critics. All legit places.

Asbury Park, NJ: Frank's Diner on Main St. best. Breakfast. Ever. Also the deli sandwiches are a good 5 inches thick.

Pete-n-Elda's in Belmar, NJ .If you like thin crust pizza then this place will be glorious.

Jersey City, NJ: Boulevard Drinks. I haven't been there in a while and never checked if they're still there, but the best hot dogs i've ever eaten come from that place.

Melt Bar & Grilled in Lakewood, Ohio.

Gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and much more:

They've been featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives a few times in the past and they just appeared on Man vs. Food this past week too. Best casual dining spot in Northeast Ohio bar none.

I took this pic myself last year:

That is the Big Popper: Fresh jalapeno peppers, cheddar cheese and herbed cream cheese on beer battered bread. Served with mixed berry preserves on the side.

The fries are the Ultimate Fries: Fresh cut fries topped with 3 cheeses, the best vegetarian chili in the universe, grilled peppers and onions and sour cream.

I'll add to it next time I visit. I can add Toronto, Montreal and two places in Brooklyn. Also some more obscure places after that.
