    Re: What is your Weakness(food)

I've been addicted to burgers lately... I've started grinding my own beef in the food processor (works decently, it's best if you freeze the meat slightly as well as the blade/bowl), so they've been turning out amazing. Just a thinnish patty seared in a bit of oil until crisp, flip and add cheese, finish for 2 minutes until the center is still a little pink (a luxury you can afford because you grind the meat yourself)...

So damn good. I did them In-n-Out "animal style" and made a double the other night, which was nutty. That one had homemade mayo, homemade mustard (mixed with store-bought yellow for the "animal style" aspect), deeply caramelized onions, deli American cheese, leaf lettuce, and tomato. Best "standard" burger I've ever had really, it just ruled.

The best part is that I have another 2 burgers worth of meat left after only buying $4 worth of chuck whole... grinding your own meat saves money too.
