I need to quit as well. I've quit twice for months at a time. It hasn't worked so well for me when I've tried lately though. However, I got an email that my insurance at work is now offering an improved cessation program where it now pays for nicotine replacement and gives more money for prescriptions. Also, I can be reimbursed up to $150 for out of pocket expenses (co-pays on prescriptions, doctor visits, etc.)

I usually don't do New Years resolutions, but I'm thinking about trying one this year.

I sat next to a kid in one of my classes who had a 1 liter Mountain Dew bottle half filled with chew spit with him every day.

And he wouldn't hide it, it'd just sit out on his desk.
