I ate some gas-inducing mall food today while shopping with my wife, and afterwards we went to Sears to do some shopping... I let out a pretty healthy burp (unintentional) as a lady turned the corner down our aisle and she ended up eating it. Pretty embarassing, and she wasn't too pleased.

I think I'll be in denial until he's pitching on opening day. This stuff doesn't happen in Milwaukee.

So, at the moment, I'm expecting news to come later today or tomorrow that Greinke's not waiving his no-trade.

I'm really happy for you Dayman. Greinke is the one reason I went to as many games at the K as I did. He's just electric. Give him some decent run production and he'll be a sure 20 game winner. Greinke's always been one of those guys whose stuff was just different. I'm really sad I no longer get to watch that here in KC. I know for the long run it was what we needed to do but damn, if had to pick a guy, Greinke would be my all time favorite Royal that I've seen play. You guys are gonna give the Cards and the Reds a hell of a run in the Central, and its safe to say the Brewers are now my team in the National League.

It's so hard for me to still be a fan of this team, but I guess I'll have something to root for in a few years.
