Those seem to be the best roster set.

As for sliders, I may go with FistofRages' because you don't have to spend all the time changing the coaching settings. I don't care to spend an hour plus each time I start a new dynasty changing all the sliders. I restart my dynasty way too much.

Fist's new AA Bowl Season sliders are damn good. There's a little robo QB with them, but that can be fixed with some small adjustments. I think I lowered CPU QBA to 20 and WR Catch down to 55 as I wasn't seeing any dropped passes either.

Also, a recently banned member posted a great tip in the coaching sliders thread. There's a little trick you can do to where you don't have to keep entering the coaching sliders in everytime you start a dynasty. I'll edit this post with a link to the post in a minute.
