Not necessarily... there was a 4 point something Earthquake in Southern Illinois earlier this year or last year, I can't remember. But anyways, I felt that one. I think it depends on how long the shockwave travels across the flat ground here in the Midwest.

It seems like there have been more and more little quakes here in the midwest recently.
