Based on the economy and the direction everything is headed, I'm wanting to sell my car & house.

I could get a free 2-bedroom apartment to stay at and get a fuel efficient car.

My bank account would grow ridiculously if I had very few liabilities. I'd bank almost all my salary then I work tons of overtime because it's easy money.

I might have to eat some costs early but I'd come out ahead in the long run.

Just really think about that. It sounds great, but having a house is a nice tax break and you are building equity.

I almost lost my cellphone while riding my bike trying to arrive early at math class. Luckly someone found it and gave it to me at his house. I got angry not because about the mobile phone cost because it is a Nokia 1112, but the fact of losing it was the the thing that bothered me.

So my friend decided to be an a-hole and go to the dark side (PS3) a few days ago. Now I have to decide if I want to go there with him and sell my 360. Hmm, decisions, decisions....
