    Yeah interviewing is a bitch. Though I am extremely good at it. And have got all the jobs I have ever interview for. Yes I am that good. It is gift. You just have to be relaxed and realize these are just people too that once in their life time had to be interviewed. It make it easier. Also you need to realize it is just a job not life and death and their are other jobs out there. I love my job to death, but at the end of the day it is still just a job!

                            Also I just use 20 posts per page, 40 is too many for my short attention span to handle. having to press the next button is the only way it can stay focused at times.

                                    yes the default is 10. I was at 20 then upped to 40.
