That is the simplest way to stay away from unhealthy foods. If you have cake and cookies and chips and soda and so on and so forth in your home, you are going to eat it. It is damn near impossible to resit the urge to eat/drink unhealthy foods when they are staring you in the face.

Same goes for cigarettes, booze, and anything else you can think of. If you don't have it, you can't utilize it.
This works. I don't buy unhealthy food and shakle my wife if she does. I have no self control if there is a 12 pack of mt.dew or something in the fridge it will be gone in 2-3 days.

My only problem is Thursday-Saturday. I eat like **** those days. Usually drinking and a lot of eating out. Sunday-Wendesday I'm usally healthy.

@ Hova. I know Vitamin Water is a good alternative to pop, but I think it still has a lot of sugar in it. I use to drink it a lot but had too high of a sugar content for me. I loved the lemonade flavor.

No, I was born in '81. Just never cared to follow the Hollywood stuff and don't remember the show very well (I don't think I even watched it that much)

You should try the 20oz Sobe LifeWaters...the 0-calorie flavors are amazing.

Yea I only like the fruit punch flavor. I think I bought the apple/mango or apple/kiwi flavor one and it wasn't too good.

I drink a lot of water, propel, and coke zero.

All them ****s are unhealthy... Gatorade, Vitamin Water, whatever the hell... buncha sweet gahbage that you don't need to drink that has little to no redeeming nutritional value. Gatorade is for top-level athletes replenishing nutrients quickly, not people walking around at work or sitting around at home... Water/coffee/unsweetened tea, people.

Those giant "teas" are even worse because they're so freakin big -- one of those Xing Tea cans has like 60% of the daily suggested carbs. because it's 3.5 servings or something insane like that... as if people are going to save an opened can of tea for 4 days and sip on it.

Anything labeled as "Healthy Choice" or "Diet" or "Light" is probably the food equavalent of plastic, especially if it's frozen or canned. Flip that box over and read some of the **** they have to put in there to make it taste decently and hold up to that treatment...

Agave nectar is a huge scam and it's hilarious to me to see health food hippies flocking to the stuff as if it's some kind of ancient nectar of the Mayans when really it's an even more recent and unhealthy sweetener that comes from a more complicated process than high fructose corn syrup and is more unhealthy than any other major sweetener. Good times with marketing...

LOL even more that The Barnacle was banned since you guys are talking about Neil Patrick Harris being gay.

Really the only thing we're supposed to drink is water...we're also the only animal that drinks milk from a species other than its own. They add a lot of sugar to milk too, from what I hear, I've never checked it out

Well there are lots of natural sugars in milk, they don't actually add sugar to it to my knowledge (chocolate/strawberry garbage they feed to kids notwithstanding). But yeah, that's a weird thing to think about... the drinking of another animal's milk as a semi-large part of a diet as a distinctly human characteristic.

Heck we drink milk from more then one species! It's amazing how we drink milk from cows, donkeys and goats......Makes me shudder if I think about it that way.
