I had to email PSN support and am still waiting for a reply. Friday I was trying to pruchase the Big Surf Island DLC for Burnout Paradise but it kept saying my credit card info was invalid even though everything was correct. Then later I go online to check my bank statement and I have 5 pending $1.00 deduction from PS Store. I tried again to enter my credit card info on the PSN site from my computer and again it told my my info was invalid then I check my bank account again and there's a 6th pending $1.00 deduction to PS Store. I prefer to use email or live chat because half of the time when you call those support lines you get some foreign person and I am hearing impaired and have a very difficult time with foreign accents.

I don't know what's worse, being on hold with xbox live or trying to understand what the person is saying when you actually talk to them.

The one time I called them, I could not understand a word this one guy was saying. He had such a thick accent and of course over the phone it makes it much harder to understand.

Yep, my old high school just made state for the 3rd year in a row. Right now facing accusations playing "dirty". No one has said it all year that we've played, but now all of the sudden its a season-long thing.

I prefer to use email or live chat because half of the time when you call those support lines you get some foreign person and I am hearing impaired and have a very difficult time with foreign accents.

Half the time you call those places you get someone who doesn't know much even if they don't have a foreign accent. One of my friends had to call Sony about his PS3 and spent 20 minutes going in circles with them about the same thing that hadn't worked previously.

The second guy was better. Though I could not get what I wanted it still work out ok. I try to use a redeem code, but it would not work because I had a balance still owed. And you have to play that off with a credit card. I know my account was suspend, because I didn't want to put a new credit card number in ever since I got my account hack. Oh well I finally got my gold account back.

The weather has been weird here hasn't it? It's freezing one day, then warm, short sleeve weather the next. I wish it would just stay cold.

BTW, TWC sucks. For some reason, they feel that it'd be fun to freeze all programming for an hour when there is an hour long special on that I actually want to see.

Bastards. I really am close to cancelling my TWC subscription if this crap keeps up.
